Training Policies

These policies govern registrations for all courses offered by Enterprise KnowledgePrints LLC.

Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed upon payment. Course fees are charged per participant unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are permitted up to 72 hours prior to the course start date.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

Registrations are non-transferable, and substitutions are not permitted.

Attendance

Courses are delivered as multi-day, instructor-led sessions. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.
