Enterprise Capability Program

This instructor-led training program teaches participants how to apply the Retail Business Common Knowledge Model™ (BCKM™) Conceptual and Logical Knowledge Models to accelerate enterprise data architecture and enterprise knowledge modeling initiatives.

Participants learn how to use the model’s predefined data patterns, entity and attributes with full industry business definitions, and relationships to jump-start Enterprise Knowledge Model™ development across retail organizations.

By the end of this program participants will be able to:

• Apply the Retail BCKM™ logical model to accelerate enterprise data architecture initiatives

• Understand and reuse the model’s core retail data patterns

• Apply common modeling constructs used throughout the BCKM

• Extend the model into their own Enterprise Knowledge Model™ environments

• Implement the model within modern enterprise data platforms

Participants will leave the program with the ability to adapt the Retail BCKM™ into their own Enterprise Knowledge Model™, dramatically accelerating enterprise blueprint development.
